At Rise and Renew we offer weekly, one hour long DBT groups, for Teens, Young Adults, Adults and one specialy designed for Parents. For those who have mastered skills and have consistently attended groups for over a year, we offer our DBT Graduate-level groups, a supportive space to continue growing and deepening your practice through discussion and processing. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups offer a supportive and structured environment where individuals can learn essential coping skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and navigate life's challenges. These groups focus on four key areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Led by trained professionals, DBT Skills Groups provide a safe space for participants to practice these skills alongside others who are facing similar struggles. As part of your DBT group contract, you have the invaluable benefit of text message DBT skills coaching available 365 days a year. This service is designed to support you during crisis situations and provide real-time guidance on how to apply the DBT skills you've learned in your weekly group sessions. Whether you're experiencing overwhelming emotions, facing a difficult situation, or need a reminder of how to use a specific skill, your coach is there to help you stay grounded and focused. This ongoing support ensures that you always have a lifeline to turn to, reinforcing your progress and helping you integrate DBT strategies into your everyday life for lasting change and emotional stability.
